Managing Strategic Renewal and Strategic Initiatives
My third area of research focuses on organizational adaptation, strategic renewal, and growth. How can established organizations adapt their organizational activities to technological disruptions or regulatory changes, and how can they continuously renew themselves? How can organizations realize profitable growth? What role do strategic initiatives play in realizing these objectives? My work has addressed these questions both conceptually and empirically.
