Controlling Modern Work
Another focus of my work is managing individuals, teams, and organizations. How can organizations successfully execute their strategic ideas and plans? How do organizational teams successfully collaborate on strategic initiatives? How can their work best be managed? I am particularly interested in how to manage modern work in the 21st century, which is characterized by more digital or hybrid work involving not only full-time employees but also freelancers, for example, and where algorithms may replace humans.
